SA Alaa Sashay's dam Ramses Effendi was one of the top producing Prince Ibn Shaikh daughters from the world famous Ramses herd of Plum Grove Farm. SA Alaa Sashay is maternal sister to US Egyptian Event Supreme Champion Mare & European Reserve Supreme Champion Mare Ramses Minx.

Amal's sire Al Adeed Al Shaqab is a Salon du Cheval World Champion Stallion, US Egyptian Event Supreme Champion Stallion, and Qatari National Champion Stallion. Al Adeed Al Shaqab is bred and owned by the Emir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
